2026 All-women’s climbs

I’m passionate about encouraging and supporting women to explore and gain confidence in the mountains, while giving back to the mountain communities that I love so much. This year, I’m organizing along with Mountain Madness the following climbs. I look forward to climbing with you!

July 10-12, 2026

Mt. Baker

Mt. Baker via the Easton glacier is a classic Cascades climb. 10,781 foot Mt. Baker is a great beginner climb for women interested in mountaineering. This climb includes customized training from Alpine Athletics, and will support a local women’s charity. This climb will be organized with Mountain Madness.

Pico de Orizaba

With its summit resting at 18,491 feet / 5,636 meters, Pico de Orizaba is the highest point in all of México. Summiting this volcano is a considerable challenge, one that will give you perspective into your own capabilities and will build confidence to reach higher summits. To get yourself ready for Orizaba your itinerary includes a walk-up ascent of 3,600 meter San Miguel just outside of Mexico City in the Desierto de los Leones National Park, followed by an ascent of the 4,500 meter La Malinche. Along the way, savor the delights of our carefully curated dining experiences that make this an eating expedition like no other. Indulge in mouthwatering local flavors while staying in thoughtfully selected accommodations, ensuring your comfort and Mexican ambience as you prepare for each exhilarating climb. This climb will be organized with Mountain Madness.

Mont Blanc/ Matterhorn Combo

If Mont Blanc is the highest peak in the Alps, the Matterhorn is the most recognizable and dramatic. To climb these beautiful mountains is truly a memorable experience. The magnificent scenery and final, exposed summit ridge for Mont Blanc makes it perhaps the finest snow route in the Alps. And the Matterhorn is perhaps the best, most “look what we just climbed,” mountain in the world as you sit in Zermatt in an outdoor café with your feet kicked up, relaxed, with all the creature comforts at your fingertips. Advanced beginner-intermediate level climbers will find these challenging objectives attainable with the proper training and previous experience. This climb will be organized by Mountain Madness.
