I am a sucker for data, so when I was greeted with this chart - from Scott at Uphill Athlete - in my inbox this morning, I got a little giddy. :)
It shows my training progress over the past 90 days, the blue line represents Training Load, and the pink Training Load plus Intensity. Scott monitors my progress to ensure that I will be fit enough for the demands of K2, but also to prevent me from overtraining, which I would surely do if left unsupervised.
Scott's assessment today is that I get to rest and recover. So, hot yoga here I come!!
